Idaho Wins Chapter Award

Congratulations! You are the winners for your Chapter size category for greatest growth in *National* members during 2006 as follows:

* ORLANDO, large (200+ members), 13.8% growth to 214 National members, avg growth in size category 6.0%, 34 chapters in category

* GREATER SALT LAKE, medium (100-199), 30% growth to 143 National members, avg growth in category 4.8%, 38 chapters in category

* BLUE RIDGE VA, small (50-99), 28.9% growth to 98 National members, avg growth in category 5.5%, 24 chapters in category

* IDAHO, small-too (50 and under), 54.5% growth to 34 National members, avg growth in category 0.7%, 15 chapters in category and great chapter comeback story as well

* Also, honorable mention goes to PRSA RICHMOND, VA, (large), whose growth was very close to Orlando's at 13.2%, the strongest #2 for any category.
Richmond grew to 258 National members in 2006.


Again, the above numbers are for your *National* members; your actual chapter member count is likely somewhat lower. Your president will receive a letter and a voucher for $250 that can be used for reimbursement towards your Chapter's professional development expenses, as will be detailed in the letter. (Richmond's honorable mention award will be $100.) We will also announce these numbers and awards in an upcoming membership e-update and the Chapter Presidents Alert.
