Alina Gilmore

Alina is a Public Relations fanatic, a professional communicator, and a full-blooded Gilmore Girl who thrives on building trusting relationships, leading a team’s success, and working in a values-based culture.

She serves as the Boise State Venture College's Programs & Projects Coordinator, where she focuses on elevating programs like the Idaho Entrepreneur Challenge, Hackfort Tech Challenge, Incubator, and others while launching new initiatives that serve early stage entrepreneurs in Idaho's ecosystem. Alina has five plus years of experience in crisis communication, marketing, public relations, and program management. 

She lives her life by a motto, “In Omnia Paratus,” which translated from Latin means prepared for all things. You'll find Alina at a golf course on the weekends and at home with a good book relaxing with her two dogs.
